First we identify the needs of our client including the selection of a hardware/software platform (touch screen, non touch, office to office, video wall etc). Also included in the initial consulting evaluation we identify if content creation and graphic design will be done in house by designer of choice or by our team of graphic designers. The last part of consulting is to build a management structure for maintaining and communicating with equipment. Here our client will also need to choose whether management of technology is done in house or by our qualified staff. Directly following consulting we build a cohesive plan for installation including in-depth timelines with milestones to ensure project completion in a timely fashion.
Which brings us to installation and testing for functionality. Now we are ready to collect and embed all media into the selected software platform to test for functionality. Once all hardware has been tested we deploy our certified installation contractors to hang and connect all technology. For the next few months we train your people and monitor your account to ensure your system is running to your liking. After those initial three months you have the option to take over your system or hand the responsibility to our reliable staff.
