The Hoxhunt Knowledgebase includes useful information about Hoxhunt and its product for both Hoxhunt admins and end users.
We recommend that you always access the Hoxhunt knowledgebase when you are signed in to your Hoxhunt account. This is because a significant amount of content is shared with “Signed in users”. You will be signed out once every 24 hours, so it is advisable that you sign in before you start looking for content within the Hoxhunt knowledgebase.
How do I know if I am signed in? #
The UI at https://support.hoxhunt.com/ will always show you if you are signed in or not. If it prompts you to “Sign in”, you are currently not signed in.
When you are signed in, you will see your name in the upper right hand corner:
How do I sign in? #
1. Access the knowledgebase each time through game.hoxhunt.com #
The most convenient way to ensure that you are signed in is to navigate to the Hoxhunt knowledgebase from game.hoxhunt.com
Locate your name in the upper right hand corner and select “Knowledge base”. You will be taken to https://support.hoxhunt.com as a signed in user.
If you are an admin user, the same route will work from the Hoxhunt Admin Portal.
2. Access the Hoxhunt knowledegbase directly through support.hoxhunt.com #
Navigate to https://support.hoxhunt.com and choose “Sign in”, you will be signed in to the Hoxhunt knowledgebase.
